Meet Shari
Growing up on a farm in ND required resourcefulness. We were an hour away from the nearest city. We could not run to the store every time we needed something. This taught me to think ahead and make mental contingency plans for what may come. I've always had an innate curiosity of not just how things work, but why they work that way. These natural traits formed in my youth have served me well in business. I am known as someone who solves problems and gets things done through resourcefulness.
My entire career has been based on technology and people. Through numerous technology implementations in an operational role, I grew my technical knowledge and aptitude. My natural curiosity helped me develop a knack for being an interpreter between business and IT teams.
The same curiosity led me to become a Six Sigma Black Belt. Six Sigma methodologies provide a toolkit for investigating and improving business operations. Using business acumen honed over the last 15 years in Fortune 100 companies Merck and McKesson, I frame the problem and learn how and why it exists to develop proposed solutions with technology at the center.
